From the moment of diagnosis...
After a day filled physical examination, you finally receive the medical results. Facing your condition, you have many questions you want to ask in detail, but given the doctor’s tight schedule, you can only quietly listen to their rushed explanation. However, one question after another still lingers in your mind, impossible to shake off.
Three Major Unavoidable Dilemmas
Unsure How to Start
The doctor’s objective but impersonal instructions lack personalized care plans, leaving you feeling lost on where to begin, anxious and bewildered.
Information Overload
Well-meaning recommendations from family and friends, along with online information, are often hard to verify for authenticity, plunging you into confusion and doubt.

On the treatment journey, with fluctuating conditions and your body bearing varying degrees of medication burden, it’s physically and mentally exhausting. Without empathetic medical staff by your side, you feel profoundly isolated and unsupported.

Authentic sharing, witnessing transformation
I hope medical staff can understand the patient’s situation, because patients are already physically weak and lacking nutrition. If they just blindly restrict food, how can one absorb nutrients or improve appetite? Nurse Chan provided detailed explanations and solutions; she not only told me what foods to switch to but also helped me find places to buy them, which is very helpful for patients
My arm muscles have been painful for many months due to work, starting from mild pain and gradually becoming extremely painful, with numbness every 2-3 seconds—it was very tough. I tried acupuncture at first, but it wasn’t very effective; then I tried applying Chinese herbs, but my skin was sensitive, so I stopped both. One day while organizing books, I remembered I had studied aromatherapy, so I thought I’d give it a try and contacted my instructor, Nurse Chan Ying Tung. Yesterday, when I arrived at her clinic and saw her, I already knew I was saved, because Nurse Chan has a therapeutic aromatherapy scent, and her warm demeanor made me feel so at peace. Then, she used her professional judgment to consult me and identify the cause of the pain. Although I heard the condition wasn’t minor and might require a long treatment time, I surprisingly wasn’t too worried; instead, I felt comforted to have met Nurse Chan. She very attentively used aromatherapy treatment, and her massage technique is excellent, making the entire process very reassuring—of course, with some pain, because I had so many injuries, so I was happy but also in pain, knowing it could improve. Today, I already feel more relaxed than before, with fewer episodes of numbness. I’ll schedule regular treatments with her and learn more from her. Thank you, Nurse Chan Ying Tung.
