• Instant Q&A and guidance on urgent health concerns;
• Personalized home care advice (e.g., post-operative wound care, eczema flare-ups);
• Nutrition and dietary recommendations (including Chinese-Western integrated advice for cancer patients and chronic conditions);
• Emotional and psychological support; and
• Booking for online or in-person nurse consultations covering chronic disease management, pregnancy care, Traditional Chinese Medicine coordination, and more.
All advice is provided by qualified registered nurses based on your disclosed information and is intended to complement, not replace, care from your licensed physician or healthcare provider.
3. Medical Disclaimer The Services are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or professional medical advice. Nurses on the platform provide nursing guidance based on clinical experience, but they are not substitutes for doctors or emergency medical services.
